Sonali Bharadwaj is a Partner in our Washington, DC office who serves as our Chief Operating Officer. In that role, she is responsible for overseeing our finance, recruiting, and human resources teams. Earlier in her career, she served as consultant in the education, health and telecommunications industries, leading global IT delivery teams for clients such as British Telecom and MCI (now Verizon). Ms. Bharadwaj holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai, India. She is also a board member of 100 Women Strong – a non-profit providing support to communities focused on Shelter, Health, Hunger and Education.
