Jason Pavy has over 20 years of experience in various legal roles. Jason started their career as a Solicitor at King & Wood Mallesons and then worked as a Legal Counsel at Orica Limited. Jason then joined Rio Tinto as a Corporate Counsel, where they worked across a range of legal areas including corporate law, contracts, and intellectual property. After working at Rio Tinto for over a decade, they became the Legal Manager at Ivanhoe Australia, where they established and managed the legal function. Jason then moved on to become the General Manager Legal at Aquila Resources, where they led the development of major mining and infrastructure projects and managed the legal and company secretarial department. Currently, they are the Vice President Legal at Incitec Pivot Limited, responsible for the Dyno Nobel business in APAC.

Jason Pavy attended Murdoch University from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Law (Hons) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting).
