Kellee Velasquez

Kellee Velasquez (Bradley) currently serves as the Manager of Service Quality Assurance at Included Health, where responsibilities include leading the Service Quality team and supporting care and client success teams in quality assurance and improvement initiatives. Previous experience includes a role as Service Quality Program Manager at Grand Rounds, Inc., focusing on service performance and quality metrics across patient care, as well as roles in events planning and team management. Kellee's background also includes experience as a Care Coordinator Supervisor and a Physical Therapy Assistant at Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center. Kellee holds a Bachelor of Science in Community Health Sciences/Kinesiology from the University of Nevada, Reno, along with Emergency Medical Technician certification from Remsa.
