Katarina Maček is a Master's degree graduate in Food Science from the University of Ljubljana. Prior to their current position as an R&D technologist at Incom LEONE, Katarina worked as a Masters Student researcher at the University of Ljubljana, Biotechnical Faculty. Katarina also has experience as a Project Coordinator at the Slovenian traffic safety agency and Caritas Slovenia and as an Intern at the Administration for Food Safety, Veterinary Sector, and Plant Protection. Katarina's work involved various duties such as conceptual project design, laboratory work, inspection surveillance, and administrative tasks related to projects.
