Harsh Tyagi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and technical delivery. Currently serving as a Sr. Technical Delivery Engineer at Increff since June 2024, Harsh focuses on enhancing client revenue and profit margins through streamlined operations. Prior experience includes managing Hybrid Hub operations as an Operations Manager at Flipkart, leading a large team to ensure operational excellence, and overseeing Amazon's supply chain as a Team Lead, where strict deadlines and customer experience were prioritized. Additionally, Harsh co-founded the EPIC Youth Club, promoting student development and networking opportunities, and has served in various leadership and mentoring roles within the organization. Harsh holds a Product Management Certification from Rethink Systems and a certification in Digital Product Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
