Vinod Prasanth

Vinod Prasanth has extensive experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and database reliability (DBRE), currently serving as a Staff SRE at Index Exchange since September 2024, where leadership of globally distributed teams has fostered a culture of reliability and innovation. Previously at Loblaw Companies Limited, recognition by CEO Per Bank was received for impactful contributions to database reliability and architecture, achieved through enhancements in monitoring frameworks and automation. Earlier roles included significant achievements at Arcesium, where substantial improvements in test cycle velocity and infrastructure cost efficiency were realized, and at Walmart Labs India, where management of a vast database environment supported high availability across e-commerce systems. Vinod holds an Executive MBA from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
