Nagarajan Subramaniyam

Nagarajan Subramaniyam currently serves as Adjunct Faculty at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, since September 2022. Previously, Subramaniyam held the position of Research Scientist at Aalto University School of Science and Technology from March 2009 to December 2018, focusing on the growth and characterization of III-N nanostructures for nano-optoelectronic devices, as well as confocal Raman imaging for biomedical applications. Prior experience includes working as a Graduate Researcher at Chonbuk National University from February 2005 to August 2008, where Subramaniyam investigated In-rich InGaN alloys and their properties for white light emission, and as a Research Fellow at the Central Electrochemical Research Institute from August 2003 to March 2004, specializing in II-VI compound semiconductors. Nagarajan Subramaniyam earned a PhD in Semiconductor Engineering from Jeonbuk National University between 2005 and 2008.
