Kreigh Cook

Kreigh Cook has extensive experience in healthcare operations, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Indiana University Health since May 2018, where responsibilities include managing Perioperative Service Lines across the East Central Region. Prior roles at Indiana University Health also included Director of Operational Excellence and Service Line Leader, overseeing 13 practice units, and Managing departmental operations. Previous experience includes a position as an Administrative Fellow at OhioHealth and various roles at Indiana University Health, including Deployment Leader and Transformation Coordinator, where Kreigh led high-impact projects and implemented lean methodologies. Kreigh's educational background includes a Juris Doctor degree with a focus on Health Law and Policy from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and a Master’s degree in Health Administration from the Indiana University Richard M. Fairbanks School of Public Health.
