Tim Lancaster

Tim Lancaster is the Chief Operating Officer at Indigo BioAutomation. He is responsible for organizational strategy, execution, and revenue growth.

Tim is passionate about accelerating the contribution of software technology in the medical and life science industry. Tim takes a holistic approach to this challenge by cultivating innovation in product core technology, customer experience, and delivery as well as in organizational culture, work practice, and regulatory approach.

Tim started at Indigo in 2012 with the leadership of software engineering, followed by product development including quality and production operations, and most recently adding company strategy, regulatory, and organizational development.

Prior to Indigo, Tim held software engineering positions at Beckman Coulter, where he made contributions as a developer, technical lead, and overall software lead across several products.

Tim received his B.S. in Computer Science from Rose-Hulman in 1997.
