Martin Schultz

Martin Schultz currently serves as Director of Private Equity at Industriens Pension, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Martin was Senior Portfolio Manager for Private Equity at MP Investment Management from August 2017 to October 2023, where responsibilities included managing investments in Private Equity funds focused on the European and North American mid-market, along with experience in Infrastructure and Real Estate funds. Martin also held the title of Legal Officer at MP Investment Management A/S (formerly Unipension) from March 2015 to August 2017. Earlier in the career, Martin was a Special Advisor at Finanstilsynet from October 2007 to February 2015, gaining extensive insight into the regulatory framework and supervision of collective investment schemes. Academic qualifications include degrees from Copenhagen Business School and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, with a background in law from the University of Copenhagen.
