Tyler Hueter is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer success, software development, and operations management. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager and previously an Implementation Specialist and Software Support Technician at IndySoft since April 2021, Tyler also held positions as a Junior Developer at HCL Technologies and Senior Concierge at BoomTown, where responsibilities included lead screening and relationship building. As a Full Stack Developer during self-employment and at Flatiron School, Tyler developed expertise in various programming languages and frameworks. Prior experience includes managing operations at Charleston Green Taxi, directing operations for a congressional campaign, and overseeing ticket sales at Spoleto Festival USA. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the College of Charleston and an Associate of Arts from Trident Technical College.
