Luc Girardot

Luc Girardot is a seasoned professional in chemical engineering and manufacturing excellence, currently serving as the Manufacturing Excellence Manager at INEOS since August 2019. Previously, Luc held the position of Plant Manager at KEM ONE, managing a sizable team and overseeing a 300kt/y Chloro-Alkali plant. With extensive experience at INEOS as an Operation Manager and Process Implementation Engineer, Luc has led significant projects, including multiple plant start-ups and CAPEX/OPEX reduction initiatives. Earlier roles include Process Technology Manager and Process Safety Advisor at Albemarle Chemicals, where Luc contributed to the industrialization of new bromine derivatives and managed cost reduction programs. Luc's foundational education includes a degree in Chemical Engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Ingénieurs en Arts Chimiques et Technologiques and a Master's degree in Physical and Chemical Engineering from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III.
