Alex Blanco has extensive experience in customer relations and operations within the natural gas sector, currently serving as a Senior Operations Specialist at Gas South since May 2012. Responsibilities include enrolling and processing Continuous Gas Service Agreements for both multi-family and single-family customers, as well as managing inquiries from Mid-Market and Large Commercial and Industrial customers. Prior positions within Gas South involved customer care and support across various segments, including online customer service and business markets. Alex Blanco earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Digital Marketing from the University of Phoenix and has attended Kennesaw State University and Chattahoochee Technical College.
