Kelly Hayes

Kelly Hayes has extensive experience in customer success and operations, currently serving as the Head of Platform Operations for CPaaS Registrations in the Americas at Infobip since January 2022. Prior to this role, Kelly was with OpenMarket, where responsibilities included Senior Manager of Customer Success Operations and various leadership positions in service delivery and account management from June 2007 to January 2022. Earlier career experience includes a Sales Manager role at The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. from September 2005 to June 2007. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and a Professional Diploma in Customer Experience from The CX Academy.
