Ritu Saluja

Ritu Saluja is a Senior Consultant specializing in ServiceNow at Infocenter since January 2023. Previously, Ritu held the positions of Consultant ServiceNow and ServiceNow Developer at Fujitsu from January 2021 to January 2023, focusing on the development and support of ITIL modules, including Change, Incident, Problem, and Service Request/Catalog Management, as well as Asset Management and Configuration Item Management. Ritu's experience includes analyzing coalesce to ensure the accurate import of data into tables while avoiding duplicates. Ritu began professional training as an Apprentice Trainee at Fujitsu, contributing similarly to ITIL modules. Earlier experience includes a Web Development Internship at Thought Applied Creations in March 2018. Ritu holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Shri Shankaracharya Institute of Professional Management & Technology Mujgahan, completed between 2014 and 2018.
