Alex Radford has gained experience in various roles within the event industry. Alex started as a Digitizer Analyst at Cyient in 2014 before moving on to become a VIP Delegate Relationship Manager at IQPC. In this role, they focused on providing support to senior and VIP delegates, ensuring a positive customer experience and facilitating tangible business opportunities. Alex then joined Informa in 2016 as a VIP Relations Executive before transitioning to KNect365 TMT in 2018 as a VIP Relations Manager. Currently, Alex holds the position of Head of VIP Relations at Informa Tech since October 2020.
Alex Radford obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Geography from the University of Portsmouth between 2010 and 2013. Later, between 2017 and 2018, they pursued a Master's degree in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management from the same institution.
