Serge Dozin

Serge Dozin has extensive experience in the rail industry, currently serving as the Head of Internal Audit at Infrabel since July 2013, where additional roles have included Head of Account Management and Head of New Traffic Management, focusing on rail traffic management and IT projects. Previously, Serge worked as an Advisor in the Public Enterprises Unit from January 2012 to June 2013 and directed Information Management at Infrabel from 2005 to 2011, emphasizing real-time journey information systems. Prior to these positions, Serge held managerial roles in internal audit and IT project leadership at NMBS-SNCB and served as a consultant at BSB Tandem. Academic credentials include a Master's in Computer Audit from UAMS and studies at the College of Europe and the University of Liège.
