Renata Kleban has over 14 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Renata started their career in 2004 as the Manager of Human Resources and Organizational Development at the Canadian Mental Health Association. After that, they worked as a Human Resources Advisor/Consultant (Contract) at Infrastructure Ontario and the Ontario Pension Board. In 2007, they took on the role of HR Manager at the MS Society of Canada before transitioning to the Trillium Gift of Life Network as an HR Leader. Renata joined Infrastructure Ontario again in 2010, where they held various positions including Human Resources Consultant, Manager of HR Business Solutions, and Director of HR. Renata is a B.Comm. graduate and holds the certifications of CHRP and CHRL.
Renata Kleban completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Comm.) degree with a focus on marketing and human resources at Ryerson University from 1994 to 2006. Renata also received certification from HRPA.
