John Keenan

John Keenan is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Vice President of Project Finance Portfolio Management at ING since May 2023. Previously, John held the position of Vice President in Structured Finance at Crédit Agricole CIB from August 2019 to May 2023, focusing on the Energy & Infrastructure Group, and served as a Senior Associate in the same division. Prior experience includes an Associate role at Deutsche Bank, managing financial risk within Institutional & Corporate Cash Management, and an Associate position at Rabobank Wholesale Banking North America, overseeing credit risk exposure and lending activities. Early in his career, John worked as an L/C Analyst and participated in a rotational analyst program at Rabobank, as well as a Legal Assistant at Kaufman Borgeest & Ryan LLP. John holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Iona University and a Bachelor's Degree from Mercy University.
