Mirja Myllykangas

Mirja Myllykangas is an experienced professional currently serving as the Global Head of Tech Academy at ING since August 2020, where responsibilities include leading the learning strategy and driving a culture of continuous learning within the organization. Previously, Mirja held the position of Chapter Lead Customer Journey Expert at ING, focusing on global learning solutions. Prior experience includes roles at The International Baccalaureate, where Mirja managed digital learning products for over 13,000 educators, and an operations coordinator position at Laureate Education. Mirja also has experience in project coordination with Mikkeli municipality, webshop management, and administrative roles within the Finnish Immigration Service. Mirja holds an M.Sc. in Sociology from the University of Tampere and a degree from the University of Jyväskylä.
