Julia Crusor currently serves as the Director of Talent and Recruitment Manager at Ingenuity Prep. With extensive experience in education, Julia has held positions such as Executive Assistant and Service Coordinator at Zion Church, as well as Vice Principal of Humanities at DC Prep. Prior roles include Regional Academic Coach and ELA Department Chair at Prince George's County Public Schools, where Julia also worked as a 6th Grade Chair and ELA Teacher. Additionally, experience includes supervisory and human resources roles at Six Flags and tutoring coordination with AVID. Julia holds a Doctor of Education from Baylor University, a Master of Education from American University, and a Teacher Certification from The Johns Hopkins University, complemented by a degree in Media Studies and Production from Temple University.
