Jason Elozua

Jason Elozua is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in managing contact center environments. Currently the Director of Operations and Site Director at Inktel Contact Center Solutions since October 2014, Jason oversees a team of over 300 representatives while successfully managing multiple client accounts and various service offerings. Previously, at Convergys from 2004 to October 2014, Jason held the role of Senior Operations Manager, leading significant AT&T programs and launching new business lines with substantial staffing needs. Jason also has a strong background in operations management, team leadership, and enhancing customer experience across diverse markets. Education includes a diploma from St. Thomas Aquinas High School and studies at Broward College.
