Mitha Nandagopalan is a seasoned attorney with experience in various legal roles including as a Staff Attorney at Innocence Project, Assistant Public Defender at the Law Offices of the Public Defender of New Mexico, and Vice President of Practice Standards at Harvard Legal Aid Bureau. Mitha also has a strong background in education, having worked as a Teacher at Explore Charter School and Volunteer Teacher at Swami Vivekananda Youth Movement. The project is a national litigation and public policy organization dedicated to exonerating wrongfully convicted people through DNA testing and reforming the criminal justice system to prevent future injustice.
