Sheila Work has extensive experience in management and youth development, currently serving as an Asset Management Assistant at Innovative Display & Design since October 2009. In addition, Sheila has been actively involved with New Haven County USBC since August 2005, holding the positions of Youth Director and Bowlers to Veterans Link Chairperson on the board of directors. At AMF Milford Lanes, where Sheila has worked since September 1991, responsibilities include managing the youth bowling program and serving as Secretary and Treasurer for a 32 team mixed adult league. Earlier experience includes a role as a Periodical Distributor for Connecticut Post Newspaper from April 1994 to December 2010, where Sheila distributed over 500 newspapers daily and acted as a carrier advocate.
