Ann Wells has extensive experience in population health and clinical care, currently serving as the Chief Quality and Population Health Officer at InnovAge since April 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing clinical care initiatives for the PACE program and reporting directly to the CEO. Previously, Ann held key roles at Colorado Permanente Medical Group from 2002 to 2019, including Executive Director of Population Health, where leadership of a large healthcare team contributed to improved quality of care and cost reductions. Ann's earlier experience includes serving as an Internal Medicine Physician at the Palo Alto Medical Foundation and as a Major and Attending Physician in the United States Air Force. Ann holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Brown University.
