Paz Alkalay

Paz Alkalay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in system engineering and project management, currently serving as the System Engineering and Project Management Team Leader at Innoviz Technologies since December 2021. Prior to this role, Paz held various leadership positions at CONTROP Precision Technologies Ltd., including System Engineering and Development Manager for Electro-Optical Airborne Systems, and earlier as an Electro-Optical System Engineer. Paz also led a team at IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries as an Electro-Optics Engineering Team Leader, focusing on the development of advanced electro-optical sensors. Military service included leadership as an Electro-Optical operations lead in the Intelligence Corps, IDF. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Electro Optics Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
