Rita Marques is an Associated Researcher at INOV since January 2022 and has extensive experience in academia and consultancy. As a Trainer at Técnico+ Formação Avançada, Rita delivers specialized courses in Low-Code Application Development, Agile Leadership, Digital Product Management, and Software Engineering. Rita also serves as an Invited Professor at Instituto Superior Técnico, teaching courses such as Information Systems Project Management and Human-Computer Interaction, while previously holding positions as a Teaching Assistant. Prior experience includes working as a Gamification Researcher at INOV INESC INOVAÇÃO, focusing on gamification to enhance work processes, and conducting research at Instituto de Higiene e Medicina Tropical on gamified solutions for healthcare. Rita holds a PhD in Information Systems and Computer Engineering, along with a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico.
