Merle Heidel is an experienced Scrum Master at inovex GmbH since June 2019, demonstrating expertise in agile methodologies. Previously, Merle held a position as a Werkstudent UX/PO for the app Holidaily at Leuphana Universität Lüneburg from September 2016 to May 2017, and completed a bachelor’s project at Otto (GmbH & Co KG) from August 2016 to January 2017. Merle holds a Master of Engineering in Technisches Innovationsmanagement from Hochschule Harz (2017-2019) and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Informationstechnologie und Design from Technische Hochschule Lübeck (2013-2017), with additional educational experience at Universitat Politècnica de València in 2015.
