Shraddha Jose

Shraddha Jose is an experienced Scrum Master currently supporting multiple Scrum teams at PUMA Group in global e-commerce since April 2024, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Previously, Shraddha served as a Senior Scrum Master at Infosys, where coaching and development of cross-functional teams were prioritized, and agile methodologies were established and enhanced. Prior roles include Operations Manager at adidas, responsible for high-end product launches, and Scrum Master at Infosys, overseeing customer-facing chatbot operations. Shraddha began a career as a Software Analyst at Verizon Data Services and has a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Rajagiri School of Engineering & Technology.
