Sandra D.

Sandra D. currently serves as the Head of Customer Success at inploi since April 2023, after progressing through roles including Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager. Previously, Sandra D. held the position of Customer Success Manager at Go Instore (now Emplifi) from October 2020 to February 2023 and occupied similar roles at Triptease and SiteMinder. Early career experiences include an Associate Sales Executive and sales development roles, as well as volunteering as an Assistant Fashion Designer at Central Saint Martins. Additional experience includes working as a Personal Assistant during the establishment of a new business and leading a team at Lanta Sagl for a decade. Sandra D. holds a Master of Science in Economics with a major in Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from USI Università della Svizzera italiana.
