Claude Badawy has a strong background in the electronics industry, with various roles and responsibilities throughout their career. Claude started as a Production Supervisor at API Delevan Electronics in 1987 and worked there until 1991. Claude then joined the same company as a Component Design Engineer from 1995 to 2000. Claude then moved on to Gowanda Electronics Corp. in 2000, where they served as a Manufacturing Manager until 2006. Claude briefly worked as a Manufacturing Manager at SR Instruments from 2006 to 2007 before returning to Gowanda Electronics Corp. as a Sales Engineer until 2010. From 2010 to 2014, Claude took on the role of COO at Gowanda Electronics Corp. Claude subsequently became President at TTE Filters, Instec Filters, and Microwave Circuits, Divisions of Gowanda Holdings LLC from 2014 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of COO at iNRCORE starting from December 2021.
Claude Badawy obtained a BAS degree in Industrial Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology, studying from 1984 to 1991. Additionally, Claude Badawy has received a certification in "Preventing Discrimination & Harassment in Manufacturing/Industrial: NY Managers 2022" from Traliant in the year 2022.
