In 2010, Matt joined CHE Trinity Health (formerly Catholic Health East) as Associate Counsel. CHE Trinity Health is the second-largest Catholic non-profit health care delivery system in the nation, with 82 hospitals and 88 continuing care facilities across 20 states. In 2014, Matt left CHE Trinity Health to join The Cooper Health System as Associate General Counsel. The Cooper Health System is a regional health system based in New Jersey. Prior to joining The Cooper Health System, Matt served as a Judicial Clerk for Hon. Stephen J. Bernstein, J.S.C.
