Nicholas Dear is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at PassMeFast since January 2024, Nicholas also contributes as a Board Trustee for Inspire Partnership Academy Trust, which encompasses nine schools in diverse communities. Previously, Nicholas held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Deloitte, GetAgent.co.uk, and Tata Steel in Europe (SteelScout), where a tech start-up was created for an online marketplace for steel. Additional experience includes growing the Start Up Loans Company from inception to a significant lender, managing a venture capital fund, and founding Areti Internet Ltd, one of the UK's earliest commercial internet service providers. Nicholas holds an MBA from The Open University Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Law from The University of Law.
