Roberto Martín

Roberto Martín is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in the education sector. Currently serving as the Europe HR Director at Inspired Education Group since November 2019, Roberto leads HR initiatives for a global network of premium schools that educate over 45,000 students. Additionally, since September 2009, Roberto has held the position of Chief Resources Officer at King’s Group, an international education organization. Previous roles include Human Resources Director at ESIC Business & Marketing School and HR Manager for a group of IT companies, where responsibilities included departmental restructuring and labor relations. Roberto’s early career featured HR Generalist and Catering unit manager positions at Compass Group. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Human Resources from CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros and a Law Master's Degree from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
