Claudio Amitrano is an experienced academic and researcher with a background in economics, specializing in institutions and development. Currently serving as a professor collaborator at Fundação Getulio Vargas since January 2021, Amitrano has also held a position as a Técnico de Planejamento e pesquisa at IPEA since June 2009. Previous roles include substitute professor at UNICAMP from March 2006 to June 2009 and researcher at the Brazilian Center for Analysis and Planning (CEBRAP) from 2000 to 2009.
