Rocio Alvarez

Rocio Alvarez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in employee engagement, communications, and event management. Currently serving as Employee Engagement Manager at InStride since April 2021, Rocio leads the strategy and execution of a variety of engagement activities. Previous roles at InStride included Communications Manager, where key contributions included producing a company culture video and planning significant employee events. Rocio's background also encompasses positions at the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law as Associate Director of Alumni Relations, and at The Broad Center as Assistant Director of Communications. Early career experience includes communications and outreach roles at Teleflora, the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, the Cure Autism Now Foundation, and Dieste Harmel and Partners. Rocio holds a BA in American Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
