Tom Staggs

Tom Staggs is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and strategic planning. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Candle Media since July 2021, Staggs also holds board member responsibilities at Spotify and is a partner at Smash Capital. Staggs contributes to the Advisory Board of InStride - Strategic Enterprise Education™ and previously served a prominent tenure at The Walt Disney Company from 1990 to 2016, rising to the roles of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Staggs holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BS from the University of Minnesota.
