Dharmesh Desai, MBA, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Dharmesh began their career at IMS Health, where they held various positions such as Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager, Manager of Promotional Database Operations, and Senior Manager of Data Management. At IMS Health, they were responsible for overseeing operational processes and data management functions, managing a team, and overseeing the physician rewards program.

In 2009, Dharmesh joined IntegriChain and held roles such as Director of Customer Operations and Director of Data Management. Dharmesh later served as Director of Customer Success Management, where they ensured customer satisfaction and provided support and training. In their most recent role at IntegriChain, Dharmesh served as Senior Account Manager and Senior Director of Sales.

Dharmesh Desai, MBA, PMP completed their MBA with a focus on MIS and Operations Management from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business in 2000. In 2004, they earned a Master's degree in Project Management from The George Washington University.
