Marla manages a team of UX researchers, designers, and training experts, driving UX strategy, guidelines, and metrics to enhance employee experience. Marla has held various leadership roles within Intel, transforming the IT User Experience function and implementing agile methodologies that improved customer satisfaction and increased corporate investment in experience enhancements. Prior to Intel, Marla worked as a Technical Writer/Web Designer at the University of Michigan and completed an internship as a Human Factors Engineer at Hewlett-Packard. Marla holds both a Master of Science in Human-Computer Interaction and a Bachelor of Arts in Developmental Politics & the Environment from the University of Michigan.
