Eduard has a strong background in engineering management, having previously held similar roles at Dexatel and Talkdesk, focusing on building Agile teams and delivering scalable digital solutions. Eduard began their career as a Software Engineer at multiple firms, including Hylink JSC and NairiSoft, and played a pivotal role in establishing the Armenian office of Workfront, managing a growing team of engineers. Eduard holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Yerevan State University.
