Sean Coleman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sean started their career at J.Crew in 2005, where they held the position of Associate Manager and was responsible for various operations including HR, merchandising, sales, training, and employee management. In 2010, Sean joined Knowledge Mosaic as a Sales, Support and Training Specialist, providing in-person and web-based training to corporate professionals and lawyers. Sean also conducted data analysis and acted as a company feedback representative. In 2013, Sean moved to LexisNexis as a Manager, Customer Support & Training, overseeing nationwide support and training for the online legal and compliance provider Knowledge Mosaic. Sean then became a Solutions Consultant Manager, focusing on onboarding, training, and customer satisfaction for Lexis Securities Mosaic and Lexis Practice Advisor. In 2016, Sean joined Intelligize as a Client Success Manager, serving the professional and corporate markets. Sean recently transitioned to the role of Director of Customer Success. Overall, Sean's work experience highlights their abilities in customer success, training, management, and data analysis.
Sean Coleman attended the University of Washington from 1998 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Psychology. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications, including a Leadership Award from LexisNexis Legal in July 2022 and a certification in Maximizing Operational Effectiveness from the MIT Sloan School of Management in November 2021.
