Jessica Friedman-Lamdan has a diverse work experience. From 2010 to 2020, they have held various roles in different companies. From 2010 to 2012, they were a Research Assistant at the Affect and Relationships Lab, and a CBT Exposure Counselor at the CBT Institute of Israel. In 2011, they were a Social Counselor at Sheba - Tel Ha Shomer Hospital. In 2013, they were an Assistant Operations Coordinator, Department for International Seminars at Yad Vashem. From 2014 to 2018, they were a Career Strategist & Project Manager, and a Case Consultant & Higher Education Advisor at Nefesh B'Nefesh. From 2018 to 2020, they were a Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding Specialist at Intel Corporation, and a Director of People and Talent, and a Talent Acquisition Partner at Intelligo Group.

Jessica Friedman-Lamdan obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Psychology & Sociology/Anthropology from Bar Ilan University between 2009 and 2012. Jessica then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from Bar Ilan University between 2017 and 2019. Additionally, they have obtained a Design Thinking Practitioner certification from Intel Corporation in July 2019, as well as a Certified Recruitment Marketer certification from Intel Corporation.
