Joy Padiyar is a seasoned professional in the field of optics and holography with over three decades of experience. Currently serving as a Research Engineer at Intellisense Systems since July 2019, Joy previously operated as an Independent Business Owner at Triple Take Holographics, offering expertise in Diffractive Optics Technologies. Joy has held significant roles as Optical Engineer III at Luminit Light Shaping Diffusers, as well as Owner and Manager of a holographics lab at Triple Take Holographics, where various hologram types were produced. Earlier experience includes positions as Holographic Research Engineer at CyberDyne Computer Corp, a holographer at ABNH, and an instrumentation engineer at NDT International Inc, where Joy contributed to the design of ultrasonic test equipment. Joy began the professional journey as a QA technician at Occidental Chemical Corp and possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Physics with a minor in Philosophy from Lycoming College.
