Miguel has also served in significant roles at Concentrix and Convergys, where responsibilities included managing diverse client portfolios and driving operational excellence in customer service and technical support. Prior to these roles, Miguel gained valuable expertise at Stream Global Services and Dell, focusing on capacity management and quality assurance. Miguel holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Bircham International University and has a similar qualification from the International Business Management Institute.
