• Collaborating cross-functionally to develop product messaging across all customer engagement channels in multiple geographic locations
• Assisting in the preparation and implementation of product launches and releases
• Building and maintaining a library of product-focused tools and resources to enable and empower the sales and marketing teams
• Developing go-to market programs and content to efficiently articulate product benefits and new offerings to the marketplace
• Building product awareness across current and future markets
• Researching needs across the customer base and market segments
• Measuring customer success and developing related stories for use in marketing efforts
• Gathering market insights and related data to support product, and overall business strategies

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• At least 4 years of product marketing experience (or equivalent)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead presentations for customers and stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively
