Carolyn Aeby

Carolyn Aeby, CAE, is an experienced organizational leader currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Membership and Public Engagement at InterAction since November 2016, where responsibilities include collaboration with the CEO on leadership and management. Prior to this role, Carolyn held various positions at Chief Executives Organization from April 2013 to November 2014, including Senior Director of Membership and Director of Membership and Strategic Planning, where responsibilities included guiding strategic planning and leading membership efforts. Carolyn founded CCE, Inc. in 2001, a consulting firm focused on assisting non-profits in enhancing revenues and fostering partnerships. Earlier experience includes multiple roles at the Chief Executives Organization and the American Bar Association. Carolyn holds a BBA in Marketing from Texas McCombs School of Business.
