David Fischman

David Fischman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and consulting. Currently serving as the General Manager and Senior Consultant at Effectus Fischman Consultores since August 2004, David specializes in cultural change, human resources consulting, coaching, and strategic planning. David holds directorial positions at Supermercados Peruanos S.A. and Interbank, contributing to the boards of both institutions since 2007 and 2003 respectively. Additionally, David was the Vice Rector of Innovation and Development at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas from May 1996 to July 2008, playing a pivotal role in the university's development. David earned an MBA in Administration from Boston University and a degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
