Clinton Yocom is an experienced culinary professional and business owner with a diverse background in food service and kitchen management. Since December 2021, Yocom has operated Yocomwoodworks, focusing on the creation of high-quality live edge charcuterie boards. Prior to this venture, Yocom has held significant positions in various establishments, including Assistant Banquet Chef at Interlachen Country Club and Executive Chef roles at several renowned locations such as Minneapolis Marriott Southwest and Morrison Senior Living. Yocom's expertise encompasses menu development, budgeting, staff training, and compliance with health and safety standards, contributing to successful kitchen operations and award-winning culinary achievements throughout a career that began after graduating from Mayo High School in 1996.
