Sir Mark Boleat is an experienced leader currently serving as Chairman of the International Business and Diplomatic Exchange and LINK Scheme Ltd, alongside their role as Senior Adviser at the Policy Centre Jersey. Boleat has held multiple chairmanships in various organizations, including Andium Homes, City of London Academy Highbury Grove, Somerset Bridge Insurance Services, The Housing and Finance Institute, the City of London Corporation, Guernsey Competition and Regulatory Authority, and Jersey Competition Regulatory Authority. Boleat holds an MA in Contemporary European Studies from the University of Reading and a BA in Economics from Lanchester Polytechnic (now Coventry University).
