Olivier Jansen

Olivier Jansen has extensive experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as Head of Innovation and Strategy at International Card Services (ICS) since August 2006. In this role, Olivier is responsible for guiding innovation and strategy amidst rapid technological advancements and evolving customer needs. Previously, Olivier led a digital transformation program aimed at enhancing ICS's digital platform and improved customer experience. Additionally, Olivier has held various leadership positions, including Manager of Products, Interim Chief Commercial Officer, and Manager of Marketing, overseeing multiple teams and driving strategic initiatives. Prior to ICS, Olivier was Manager of Database Marketing & CRM at AEGON and Manager of Marketing for the Corporate Market at KPN Mobile. Olivier holds a Master's degree in Law (LL.M.) from the University of Amsterdam and furthered education at prestigious institutions including London Business School, IMD, and INSEAD.
